Building Update – 6 August 2021
After almost 2 weeks of rain, preventing the carpenters from completing the roof sheets, we finally have 5 continuous work days of sunshine. With fine weather in Winter though comes very cold mornings and frost. This makes working on the roof treacherous, who would have thought that fine weather is also a hinderance to progress!
Anyway, it’ll happen when it happens. At this stage, we should expect our builder to finish the build to lockup somewhere around the 3rd week of August before we take over the build.
